AA Sammamitta
AA Sammamitta is a faithful faksimile reproduction of the Khmer typewriter. It was supposedly designed by Keng Vannsak (កេង~វ៉ាន់សាក់), based on his handwriting. The typewriter was produced by the German Triumph-Adler-Büromaschinen-GmbH.

Monospaced character width
As in the original typewriter, characters have equal width and accents have zero-width.
Precomposed composite characters
The original typewriter had a limited character set and certain letters had to be composed by other characters. AA Sammamitta has these precomposed according to the Unicode standard.
